Decaf Colombia - Sugarcane Process
We previously loved our Swiss Water Process decaf but have now discovered what happens when you take a lovely Colombian sugarcane process coffee and roast it much like its caffeine laden counterpart. We roast this coffee medium and, something I loathe to admit, call upon decaf quite often of late as I'm not as young as I once was. If I drink coffee all day then when afternoon comes along and I could really use a boost, the constant saturation makes my afternoon cup ineffective for medicinal purposes. So instead, I roll with this lovely decaf mid morning and then when it's siesta time but I cannot nap, the afternoon full caffeine does its job. I'm oversharing but there it is. ;)
